Throughout his career he has advised and represented important national and international entities in several sectors, including agricultural industries, construction, insurance, banking, energy, telecommunications, among others. Likewise, he has provided legal advice to transnational businesses regarding contracts with the Panama Canal Authority, as well as public bids with several government agencies.
Diego is an active member of the Colombian-Panamanian Institute of Procedural Law, and has been a speaker on issues regarding Litigation and Arbitration for several local events. He hold a LL.B. degree from the University of Panama (Sigma Lambda – Panama, 2006), and LL.M degree in Procedural Law (2013), and a LL.M in Private Law (2015).
