Gloria Valderrama has been successfully providing council to high-level local and international businesses for over a decade. In the areas of Corporate Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions she has participated in the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts; as well as participating in structuring commercial bank credits for the execution of construction projects of great relevance in Panama and abroad, and in investment financing for the acquisition of Panamanian companies.
She received her law degree from the Universidad Católica Santa Maria La Antigua (Panama, 2006), and a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville (Panama, 2008). Also, advance studies certificate in Asset Management, from the International Banking Institute – Panama’s Banking Association. Gloria has a Post-graduate Diploma in Accounting from the Specialized University for Certified Public Accountants, and she has taken specialized studies in the Insurance Sector.
